Everything You Need to Know
A China sourcing agent in Australia helps Australian businesses find, verify and manage Chinese manufacturers. An Australia-based agent with people on the ground in China reduces the risk of fraud, language barriers and quality issues when importing. Winning Adventure Global has completed 100+ on-site factory inspections across 7 Chinese provinces. We deal with the factory that actually makes the goods and check each candidate's licence scope, equipment, capacity and export records before you commit.
Visiting Chinese factories as an Australian business requires proper planning and local support. Winning Adventure Global can accompany you in China with airport transfers, a private vehicle and driver for every supplier visit, a four-star or equivalent hotel, all meals, and real-time Mandarin to English interpretation. Our founder Andy Liu has worked with Chinese manufacturers since 2010, building relationships in manufacturing hubs including the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. We schedule up to three factory visits a day so you can focus on evaluating factories.
An accompanied China factory visit with Winning Adventure Global includes airport transfers on arrival and departure, a private vehicle and driver for every supplier visit, a four-star or equivalent hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, full-day attendance at meetings with up to three visits a day, and real-time Mandarin to English interpretation. Each visit is quoted per itinerary; we do not publish a flat rate.
China business tours take Australian businesses to meet factories and manufacturers in China in person. Winning Adventure Global Pty Ltd was registered in South Australia in May 2026, and our founder Andy Liu has worked with Chinese manufacturers since 2010. We arrange the itinerary around the factories you want to meet, with transport, accommodation, meals and interpretation covered, and up to three factory visits a day. Each trip is quoted per itinerary.
Deal with the factory that makes the goods rather than a trading company in between. Winning Adventure Global approaches factories directly and checks each candidate's business licence scope, equipment, production capacity and export records, which separates a real manufacturer from a registered trading company. You receive an indicative unit price, MOQ, tooling cost and lead time for each candidate so you can compare before you commit.
We do not sell fixed packages. An accompanied visit includes airport transfers, a private vehicle and driver for every supplier visit, a four-star or equivalent hotel, all meals, full-day attendance at meetings with up to three visits a day, and real-time Mandarin to English interpretation. Each trip is quoted per itinerary.
The sourcing service starts with a scoping deposit of A$800 + GST per product category, paid when you sign the service agreement and refundable until factory screening starts. It covers direct factory sourcing and verification until you approve a candidate, and full disclosure of the factory you agree. The deposit is credited in full against our commission on your first order in that category. Commission is charged on the goods value of each order and steps down as your order value rises. Accompanied factory visits are quoted separately per itinerary.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure optimal supplier availability and itinerary planning.
