Scope
We confirm the product categories in writing. The deposit is A$800 per category, paid before sourcing starts.
Agreement
One signed Service Agreement appoints us as your nominated sourcing agent, so quotations and orders are placed in your name.
Sourcing
We approach factories directly, verify licence scope, equipment, capacity and export records, and keep searching until you approve a candidate.
Disclosure
Once you agree a factory, you receive its legal name, address, named contacts, itemised quotation and audit evidence.
Order & Commission
We place the order, follow production and coordinate shipping. Commission is charged on goods value and steps down as your order value rises.

What Our China Sourcing Service Costs
You pay a deposit of A$800 per product category before sourcing starts, and each additional category is agreed with you in writing first. The deposit is credited against our commission on your first order, and it is not refundable once sourcing work has started. Commission is charged on the goods value of each order, excluding freight, insurance and duties, and the rate steps down as your order value rises. We share the commission schedule in your free consultation, and the binding figures are those in your signed Service Agreement. Factories pay us nothing, so the quotation you receive is not inflated by our fee.
How We Verify Every Candidate Factory
We deal with the factory that actually makes the goods, not a trading company in between. For each candidate we check the business licence scope, equipment, production capacity and export records, which separates a real manufacturer from a registered trading company. You also receive an indicative unit price, MOQ, tooling cost and lead time for each candidate, so you can compare options before committing to a factory visit. If no candidate satisfies you, we keep sourcing.

What You Receive Before You Place an Order
Once you agree a factory, we release its full details: legal name, registered address and licence scope, a named contact with phone and email, an itemised quotation per unit and per order, and audit evidence including photographs, video and certificate copies. Our Service Agreement names us as your nominated sourcing agent, so quotations and orders are placed in your name, and the quotations, factory contracts and contacts are yours.
